Airflow's G2 Polyester Filter Media is available cut to your required finished size, providing a convenient option when you need replacement filter media without purchasing a full lineal metre.

Suitable for general HVAC, air conditioning and industrial filtration applications.

Request a Quote – How It Works

Cut-to-size filter media is supplied on a Request for Quote basis because every job can have different sizes and quantities.

You do not need to calculate the square metres or work out the price yourself.

Simply provide:

• Finished width of each piece (mm)
• Finished length of each piece (mm)
• Number of pieces required

Example: 5 pieces at 240 x 638mm

Add the required cut sizes and quantities to your Request for Quote and submit it through our website.
The price shown is per square metre (m²). Your quote will be calculated on the total area of all cut pieces required.

Airflow will calculate the amount of filter media required, prepare the pricing and return the completed quote to you for review.

Submitting a Request for Quote does not place an order and no filter media will be cut at this stage.

Once you are happy with the pricing, simply accept the quote. The accepted quote then becomes your order, and we will cut the filter media to the dimensions you have supplied.

A minimum cut quantity applies.

Please Measure Carefully

Please provide the actual finished size of each piece of filter media required.

Measure the filter media or removable filter frame itself rather than the grille, opening or nominal filter size.

Airflow will cut the media to the dimensions supplied with your quote request, so please check your measurements carefully before accepting the quote.

Once your quote has been accepted, the filter media is cut specifically for you and is therefore non-returnable unless faulty.

G2 Filter Media

The synthetic polyester construction provides general-purpose, low-resistance filtration suitable for applications where larger airborne particles and dust need to be captured.

The progressive-density structure allows particles to be collected throughout the depth of the media rather than solely on the surface, helping provide good dust-holding capacity while maintaining airflow.

For customers requiring larger quantities or wishing to cut their own filter media, G2 media is also available from Airflow in 2-metre-wide lineal metre lengths.
