Website Terms and Conditions of Sale (New Zealand)
1. General
These terms apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information and Availability
We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any information and reserve the right to correct any errors.
All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock or discontinued after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide options to refund, substitute, or backorder.
3. Pricing and Errors

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

While we strive for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and payment processed.

In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued if payment was taken.
4. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through our website does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is only formed when we confirm your order and dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information, or issues with payment verification.
5. Payment
Unless you have an approved trade credit account with us, payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card.). All payments are processed securely. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full unless otherwise agreed under the terms of your trade account.
If you have a trade credit account, payment terms and limits will be outlined in your individual credit agreement. Failure to meet those terms may result in suspension of your account and/or future orders.
6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any damage or missing items within 48 hours.
7. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering.
You may only return goods if:

They are faulty, damaged, or not as described; and

You notify us within a reasonable time (typically within 7 days of delivery).
If a return is approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Items must be returned in original packaging where possible and accompanied by proof of purchase.
8. Warranties
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
9. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected through our website will be used only for processing your order and providing customer service, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these terms. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
