Part of the Airflow Configurable Plenum Range, this pre-insulated plenum includes a manual balancing damper in each spigot, allowing individual outlets to be adjusted during system commissioning and balancing.

Each damper uses an NQK plastic quadrant with a metal damper blade, providing simple manual adjustment at the plenum.

Choose the base with the number of spigots required, then configure each outlet with the spigot size you need. Different spigot sizes can be combined on the same plenum and arranged in the order required to suit your duct layout.

The plenum body is manufactured from 20mm GFI PIR Pre-Insulated Duct Panel, providing a lightweight, rigid and thermally insulated construction.

Manual Airflow Balancing

Each spigot is fitted with its own manual balancing damper, allowing the installer to adjust the airflow distribution between individual duct runs.

The NQK plastic quadrant provides external adjustment of the internal metal damper blade, making it easy to set each outlet during commissioning.

Select the base with the number of spigot outlets required.

2. Choose your spigot sizes
Select the required size for each individual outlet.

3. Choose the order
Mix different spigot sizes and arrange them in the order required for your duct layout.

Each selected spigot is supplied with an individual manual balancing damper.

Manufacturing

Designed and manufactured in New Zealand by Airflow Engineering for ducted HVAC installations.

The Airflow Configurable Plenum Range combines standardised plenum bodies with flexible outlet configurations. This dampered version adds individual manual balancing at each spigot, allowing airflow distribution to be adjusted to suit the installed duct system.

For installations that fall outside the standard range, custom plenum fabrication is also available.
