GFI PIR Pre-Insulated Duct Panels are manufactured with a 20 mm closed-cell PIR insulation core bonded to embossed 80 micron aluminium foil facings on both sides. Each foil facing is protected with a 2 g/m² corrosion-resistant epoxy varnish coating, providing a durable finish suitable for HVAC duct fabrication.
Designed for the construction of pre-insulated air conditioning and ventilation ductwork, these panels offer excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, and a lightweight structure that is easy to fabricate and install. They are suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC applications where efficient thermal performance and reduced duct weight are required.
