Our price is for any make or model of the many ducted systems on the market, and is for both the supply and return plenums.

HOW TO ORDER
1: Order the required plenums usually two, 1 for Return and 1 for Supply
2: In the notes let us know the Make and Model of your unit.
3: Select and purchase the spigots you require on your plenums
4: In the notes let us know the configuration of the spigots

i.e
Supply and Return Plenums for Mitsubishi PEAD-M140JAA
Supply has 3 x 300Ø Spigots either normal or dampered
Return has 2 x 350Ø Spigots

Any other important infortmation should be noted.
i.e arrangement of spigot sizes, any size constrants.

We have all the sizes for all the avaiable units on file.

Fabricated from Kingspan KoolDuct panels, pre-insulated plenum boxes are light weight and easy to install, as no extra lagging is required.

Manufacture time is normally 5-7 days from confirmation.

The fabrication of ductwork from The Kingspan KoolDuct® System is accomplished by following a standardised procedure, which incorporates the following processes:
● cutting bevelled edges at different angles along the outlines to form folded or butted mitre joints,
● assembling the cut pieces into the desired shape and securing into place with Adhesive 
● taping joints and exposed insulation edges with a protective and durable aluminium foil vapour barrier tape;
● reinforcing ductwork sections and fittings, if required;
● sealing the internal side of all mitre joints with Silicone Sealant;
● fixing spigots as required;
● inspecting finished plenums to ensure that it is fit for the purpose intended.
